Akbd Terms and Conditions — Full Terms of Membership & Use

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between akbd and its users. akbd is an online gaming and betting platform that operates in Bangladesh and other designated regions.

These terms apply to all akbd services, including Sports Betting, casino games, slots, fish games, and other entertainment offerings.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Jurisdiction is accepted by the competent courts for any disputes that may arise.

Age Restriction

To create an account and use akbd's services, you must be at least 18 years must be met. Registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 years of age. akbd may request proof of age during identity verification.

Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account on akbd. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

• Date of Birth
• Current Address
• A Strong Password

Registering with false information may result in account termination at any time, and accumulated funds may not be returned.

The security of your akbd account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.

Identity Verification (KYC)

For withdrawals above a certain amount, akbd will verify the member's identity. This process may require:

• Copy of National ID or Passport
• Proof of address document (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of Payment Method

Large withdrawal requests may be held until KYC verification is complete.

Deposits on akbd can be made via mobile banking or bank transfer. Please note the following when making a deposit:

• Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

Akbd does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Your account must have sufficient balance to make a withdrawal. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 hours.
• Large withdrawals may require additional verification — this can take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Once the period lapses, the bonus will be forfeited.

• Maximum bet limit: A maximum bet limit per wager may apply while a bonus is active.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

A bonus may be cancelled for the following reasons:

• Breach of Bonus Terms
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Detection of Fraudulent Behavior
• Wagering not completed within the specified period

The following rules apply to all bets placed on akbd:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out option is available).
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded in full.
• Akbd reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.
• All game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and verified by an independent third party.

Sports Betting Special Terms

If a match is partially cancelled or abandoned, stakes are generally refunded. However, different rules may apply in certain markets, as noted in the guidelines at the time of placing the bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on akbd:

1. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
2. Sharing or selling your account to another person.
3. Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
4. Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Threatening, harassing, or abusing other members.
7. Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
8. Unauthorized attempts to access akbd's systems.

Akbd is not liable for the following:

• Games interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection.
• Any inconvenience caused by technical issues with your own device.
• Service disruptions caused by external factors (e.g. cyberattacks, natural disasters).
• Any financial loss resulting from sharing your login credentials with another person.

If a game is interrupted due to a server issue, akbd will make every effort to refund the amount wagered.

Akbd may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud or unlawful activity.
• KYC verification not completed.
• Inactive account (no login for an extended period).

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Dispute resolution process:

1. Submit a complaint to the support team.
2. Akbd will review the matter and notify you of its decision within 48–72 hours.
3. If you are not satisfied with the decision, you may request an escalated review.
4. Akbd's decision is final and binding in all matters.

Akbd reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• Members will be notified via email or through the platform prior to any significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
